I threw a baby shower for my sister Alyson today. Her baby girl is due in 2 weeks. They are naming her Claire. I can't wait to meet her. The shower turned out really nice. Thanks(family) for all the help, putting it together. The party favors were so cute, my sisters put them together. My daughters loved being at the party. K had to help with all the gifts. She received a lot of cute things. I can't wait to see all the cute things put up in her room. She'll love it!

Thanksgiving Dinner
We went to Thanksgiving dinner at my moms church building. We had about 55 people there with all the cousins and grandpa & grandma. The food was so yummy, we could have eaten all night(except for being too full). We did leave room for the delicious pies. Thanks! mom.
The kids had fun playing with their cousins, my brother and his family came from Washington, so we had a few extra. They played basketball and dodge ball and lots of toys in the nursery room. They didn't want to leave. Happy Thanksgiving!!

Fish Hatchery
We went to the fish hatchery with our cousins on Thanksgiving. We've gone most years and it's a lot of fun! The kids love to feed the fish and watch them splash as they fight for the food. There were only a couple fish at the gate waiting for it to open. All the other years, there are thousands trying to jump over the gate. It was very sad, maybe because of the oil spill. The kids had a great time with their cousins. We had brunch at Todd's sisters house this morning and there was so much good food. We enjoyed our day!

Soccer Party
R's soccer team had their party last week and it was a lot of fun! We had a tough, but great year. R really enjoys playing soccer, he'd love to play all year. His coach does a wonderful job and I've been team mom for 2 years now. The boys are fun to be around.

Goalie!
B got to be goalie at her last game. She did a great job, no points were scored on her. I think mom was more worried for her than she was. She will miss playing soccer, she really enjoyed it. She's already talking about next year.

Cousins Holiday Pictures
R, B, K and their cousins C, O and F took pictures at grandma Wallace's the other day. The girls had matching red Minnie Mouse dresses. They looked so cute! It took some time, but we finally got a shot. The toddler age is so hard. We had to bribe with candy. The boys felt left out, so we took a few of them too. This is the beginning of the holiday season. I love this time of year.

Service Project
We made blankets for the fire victims in Southern California. Some ladies from my church help to make/donate 16 blankets for high school who lost their homes in the fires. Together there were over 400 blankets & quilts delivered. It is so neat to help others out. Thanks ladies!

Family Reunion
My grandpa Altop's brother Ray came into town for a visit. We haven't seen him since the summer of 1992, when we stayed at his house in Utah on the way up to Yellowstone. It was great to visit with him and fun to see the brothers together again.

Disney On Ice
R and B went to High School Musical Disney on Ice, on Friday night with their grandma Hanson and cousins. They got to watch it from the VIP suite and eat goodies. They had a great time! Their favorite was the 2nd half, I think they liked the songs better. They were very tired when they got home. B had an early soccer game and R got to slept in. K was sad she didn't get to go, but had popcorn and watched a movie with mommy and daddy all by herself. Thanks for the tickets Morgan Stanley!!!!
