K eating a watermelon.
B enjoying her watermelon.
R pitching
We went to the baseball field and the parents played a scrimmage game against the kids. They let the kids play positions they usually don't. R enjoyed playing pitcher and he did pretty good for his first time. The girls enjoyed the watermelon at the BBQ. It was fun to hang out with the families and visit. The boys enjoyed all the food!

River Cats Game
Me and the girls."Go Team"
My brother Jeff & his son, my sister Alyson & her son and my dad.
My sisters Courtney, Erin & Holli and Ryan.
All the girl cousins and Todd.
My sister Julie and kids.
We went to the River Cats game tonight!! It was so much fun!! It was my first time there, I'd like to get season tickets, I liked it that much! My mom got tickets from her school and we were all able to go. Thanks mom!! The kids had fun visiting, the girls didn't watch much of the game, but Ryan really enjoyed it! There were so many fly balls in the stadium. My sisters mother-in-law got hit by one, Ryan almost caught one, Todd almost caught one and a couple other people got hit too. Next time we'll wear our gear and bring a mitt for sure.
More from the game
Ball game, #7 , Matt Carson is up to bat.
Dinger the Mascot is dancing at half time.
They won!!!
Score board, 9 to 8!!
Fireworks!!!
We had such a great time and ever better they won! It was so neat to watch them catch almost every ball(Ryan got some pointers). A player from the other team got ejected from the game for arguing with the umpire. The fireworks at the end were amazing, it was late and we were tired, but we stayed. Thanks again mom for a great night!!

Cousin Claire, such a cutie!
Carter
R, so handsome. He's growing up too fast!
K, sweet smile!
My friend Cheryl got married today. She was so beautiful! The kids had a lot of fun at the reception. The colors and decorations were so elegant. I'm not sure how I didn't get a picture of B, maybe my sister did?
R made a new friend and didn't want the evening to end. I got to DJ the music, it turned out nice. Todd was supposed to do it, but ended up going out of town. Thanks Cory for helping me set up. Congratulations!

Ducks, Oh No!!
After we got back from Tahoe, we had ducks in our swimming pool. I thought, Oh No, we've had this before. Years ago my parents had ducks in their pool and they ended up having babies. We couldn't swim for forever, at least it felt that long for a kid. Probably a good month or two. We had to wait for them to learn to swim and then learn to fly away. We lost a lot of the swimming months.
I did not want that to happen to us. So anytime we saw the ducks in the pool, we tried to scare them away. It took several days. Then it started to rain for a few days and the ducks haven't come back. Hopefully she was ready to deliver and found a better home to have them in. Good luck to them.

R spraying everyone.
R got it in her eyes.
K trying to fight back.
We went to grandma & grandpa Hanson's for Easter dinner. It was yummy, the twice baked potatoes were a hit, like always. After, the kids went on a treasure hunt through out the house. They found the treasure box and inside was silly string. They were so excited!! They went out in the backyard and sprayed each other. R liked to spray it in their face and I was not happy. They also found eggs over at aunt Wendy's house. They love playing with cousins.

Monkey Boy!
While the kids were hunting for eggs, R found one up in a tree. He decided to climb it and didn't want to come down. He had so much fun!! When I was growing up, we climbed a big oak in my backyard. I had the highest seat up there. I guess that's where he gets it from.

Coloring Eggs
We went to my parents house today and colored Easter eggs with cousins. We used to do this when I was a kid and I want to bring back the tradition. They had so much fun making designs and trying new techniques. They all turned out so pretty. I wish R liked to eat them, they are so yummy!

Egg Hunt
The kids had a lot of fun looking for Easter eggs with the cousins. Aunt Erin & Aunt Courtney, do a great job hiding the eggs.
B and cousin Claire, look so cute together. She always wants to hold her, she'll be a great babysitter someday.
The kids with cousins Carter & Claire. Hopefully next year we'll have a lot more cousins available to come. We love family so much and can't wait for life to not be so busy. That's what summers are for.
