K was invited to go to a birthday party for a girl in her kindergarten class. She had a lot of fun!! It was a princess make-over party, they all came dressed in a princess dress. They got their nails painted, face painted(flower), princess tattoo and made some crafts. The decorated a crown and a wand. She had a great time! I hope it will help her be more excited to go to school and play with her new friends.

Our girl scout troop had a lot of fun this morning. We met at a park for a treasure hunt. Our Cadette planned it and put it together to earn her badge. She did a great job! They made a craft and enjoyed the time together.
K is being silly today! She couldn't decide which flavor of drinkable yogurt she wanted, so she asked if she could have both. Instead of drinking them separately, she drank them together. Too cute!!
K is daddy's big helper out in the shop. She always wants to go out with him and look for "treasures". Yeah, more stuff to clutter the house. She has a great time with him!
Brittney received a Character Counts Award for Responsibility today. She was very surprised and excited!! Her teacher said she always does what she is supposed to do, always does her best and thinks before she acts. She is having a great year and loves her new teacher. She is doing great in 3rd grade, we're proud of her!!

Here is what we'll be doing every Saturday until Thanksgiving. We are excited to watch the kids play soccer. R played his game this morning and they won 8-0. He has a great team and we enjoy all the families. We've been with the same team for 5 years. I didn't get any pictures of him. :~( Then we rushed over to B's game. My sister and her kids meet us there. We had strange weather this morning, it rained during the night, lots of clouds, thunder, very windy and some rain. It is so nice compared to the 100 degrees we've been having. I'm so ready for Fall. My sister took these pictures, thanks!! B lost 2-5, but they played hard. We had a fun morning.
