Here are some more pictures from our camping trip. We had such a fun time. Uncle Frank taught the kids to fish and they loved it! Especially when they set the fish free. R loved the guy time together and using his pocket knife.

fishing and more
More Camping Pictures
The beautiful Lake where we camped. The kids swam, fished and did paddle boats here. Lots of fun!!
The fishing spot for R and Uncle Frank. They caught several fish here. "Catch & Release"
My grandparents at their trailer. We always have so much fun with them!! We played games all day with them and my cousins. We ate dinner at their camp too. Thanks for a fun week, grandma & grandpa Altop!
Our family outside of our trailer in our nature backyard. We had a huge hill behind our trailer, the kids liked to play down it. It was so peaceful. Wish we were still there.
Rusty in his "Home Away From Home". It took him a couple of days to warm up to it.
K sleeping after a long day. My sleeping "Angel", only when she's asleep.
Our family in front of our RV.
This was Sunday night. We had the most family there that night for dinner. My cousins boyfriend took the picture. What great memories we made. "Hand & Foot" anyone?
Camping
Todd reading "The Navigator" by Clive Cussler. He finished the book in 3 days.
Todd reading his second book "Plague Ship" by Clive Cussler(his favorite author). We hardly saw him without a book in his face. He almost finished this one too. *He corrected me after he read my blog. He did finish this book too!
R laying next to B on her bunk in the trailer. It was so cute to see them together, not fighting. The night before, they fell asleep together. I just had to get a picture.
K playing in the front seat with Rusty's cage. She had a great time playing vet.
Rusty jumped up in R's chair and fell asleep. He was so cute! He had such a fun time being out in nature. He learned to "mark" every bush; walks took a lot longer. He got me up every day about 7am to go on a walk. It was so peaceful in the morning, just listening to the birds.

Tom & Marci Wallace's Wedding
My brother Tom got married today to Marci Davis. It was a beautiful wedding at the Sacramento Temple. They've been dating since his mission and they got engaged after the came home from school(BYU) in April. The gentleman that married them was so sweet. He reminded me of my grandfather(Wallace). We all waited for them to come out of the doors for a long time, it was cute when the temple worker came out with his sign"Quiet Please!". We were able to take a lot of memorable photos while we waited. The kids tried to keep themselves busy. We had all of my siblings from out of town come. It's been a fun couple of weeks. She was beautiful! They both looked very happy! The sun was very bright, so the kids didn't want to smile at the camera. Congratulations!!!

Flying Over the Sunflowers
Todd & R paragliding over the Sunflowers in Davis
Almost touching the Sunflowers
Flying over the Rice fields in Davis
Todd has been paragliding for probably almost 20 years. Just since we moved to Roseville (4 yrs) he has been power-paragliding. They wear a motor on their back or on a trike. They either fly by the Casinos in Lincoln or the rice fields in Davis. Over the past 6 months Todd has been training and building a 2 seater trike. He has taken B a couple times and he just took R up. The sunflowers are in bloom, so they flew over them. Ususally it's just the rice fields. They had a great time!

Kit Kittredge: An American Girl Movie

B & K invited some girl friends to go see the American Girl movie. We went opening day. The girls each brought their dolls and they watched the movie with them. One of the girls has the Kit doll. It was neat as we walked in, everyone was looking at them and saying"how cute they brought their dolls with them". I think they felt like movie stars. A few other girls brought their dolls too. There were girls young and old at the theater. Many generations. It was a girls dream date.
We went to lunch before the movie and enjoyed the time together. The movie was very cute! I will buy it when it comes out on DVD. If you haven't seen it yet, I'd recommend it. A fun mommy/daughter date.

We went to Leatherby's for lunch today with my brother and his family from Arizona and my sister and her kids from here. The food was so good and they give you so much. We were so full when we finished. The kids couldn't wait for dessert time. They had such a great time. R was so glad to have boys around. K and her little cousin C danced for us and then she started to sing and play her guitar, like Rock Band. It was too cute!
Thanks for inviting us to lunch!

Tahoe vacation
My family rented a cabin in Lake Tahoe(Zephyr Cove area) this week. It was so much fun! We had my parents, grandparents and most of my siblings with their families. My mom has always wanted to get a place so everyone could be together. We went to the beach, played games, went in the hot tub, climbed rocks in the backyard, played horse shoes, water balloons, frisbees, video games and lots of hours at the pool table. My mom watched the kids and the adults(and R) went to a buffet dinner at the Horizon casino. It was yummy! Thanks mom! When we drove home there was a beautiful sunset. We stopped to take a picture.
Todd had to leave Tuesday night for work. We were sad he had to leave. I hope everyone had a great time. It was hard sometimes to get the little ones to fall asleep(or stay asleep). We made so many memories that will last a long time. I'm so glad we were able to do this. I love my family so much!

Water Park
My family got together tonight at a water park by my parents house. The kids had fun playing with the water feature that sprayed water. It was cold! They climbed around the web structure and made it to the top. We went down a grassy hill and tossed water balloons, playing potato sack races, threw frisbees, rolled balls down a hill(Kimberly rolled too!) and ate dessert. It was great to get together and make memories. R loves having his boy cousins around!!

4th of July
Rusty playing with stars.
Rusty being Patriotic.
We had a very fun 4th of July. My brother and his family arrived last night from Washington. The kids are having a lot of fun with their cousins. We went over to Todd's parents to visit for a while and then off to the BBQ, sno cones, swimming, fireworks, etc. at my parents. Also, 2 of my other brothers came from out of town, big family reunion(we're just missing my oldest sister, but 2 of her kids came).
My grandpa always brings sno cones for everyone. They are so yummy! The kids love to swim. The girls play dress up and the boys play video games.
Here are some pictures from the day!
